Cerebrus integrates automation equipment into unified, controlled systems. Robotic cells, PLC programming, and panels

We integrate robotic work cells — mounting and guarding the robot, designing end-of-arm tooling and part presentation, and programming the robot and its supporting equipment to run as a coordinated station. Around it, we design the control architecture that sequences the process, handles sensing and safety, and connects to your wider line or plant systems.

At the core of most integration work is PLC programming and control-panel design. We program industrial controllers for machine sequencing, motion, and I/O, and design and build the control panels in our UL 508A listed shop, so the electrical system is correctly rated, labeled, and documented.

Retrofits and modernization

Existing equipment often has years of useful mechanical life but obsolete or unsupported controls. We retrofit machines with modern PLCs, drives, sensing, and operator interfaces — recovering reliability, adding data and diagnostics, and bringing safety up to current expectations without the cost of a full replacement.

Every integration ends with commissioning: we install, wire, program, and test the system on-site, verify it against agreed acceptance criteria, and train your operators and maintenance staff so the line is fully supported after handover.
