Cerebrus — Automation Engineering

Automation Systems Engineering & Design

Custom automation systems, engineered and built from concept to production.

Cerebrus is a multidisciplinary engineering firm that designs and builds custom machinery, robotics, and controls. Mechanical, electrical, embedded, and controls engineering under one roof — so your system is delivered as one integrated whole, not a stack of vendor handoffs.

How we work

One team, from concept to production

We take responsibility for the whole system — or plug into your team at any stage. Every engagement follows a disciplined path from problem to production-ready equipment.

  1. 01

    Requirements & concept

We define throughput, tolerances, part handling, safety scope, and acceptance criteria, then evaluate concepts before committing to a design.

  2. 02

    Design & engineering

Mechanical, electrical, embedded, and controls engineering proceed together in 3D CAD and schematic design, with analysis where loading or precision demands it.

  3. 03

    Build & integration

We fabricate, assemble, wire, and program in-house — including UL 508A listed control panels — so the system comes together as one integrated build.

  4. 04

    Commission & support

We run factory acceptance testing, install and commission on-site, verify against the agreed criteria, and train your operators and maintenance staff.

Why Cerebrus

Multidisciplinary engineering, delivered as one system

Splitting a build across mechanical, electrical, and software vendors creates gaps at every interface. We close those gaps by keeping every discipline in-house.

All disciplines in-house

Mechanical, electrical/electromagnetic, embedded, controls, and manufacturing engineering under one roof — the machine is designed as a single integrated system.

Concept to production

From a problem statement or a napkin sketch to installed, commissioned equipment on your floor — one accountable partner for the whole lifecycle.

Quality you can document

ISO 9001:2015 certified processes and a UL 508A listed panel shop mean consistent, documented, properly-rated results.

Built for your process

Every machine is purpose-built around your part, tolerance, and throughput — not adapted from a catalog with the compromises that brings.
